Does Anyone Know a Service or Program that Charts Real Estate Trends?
I am looking to see if I kind of find either a program or service that will chart real estate trends in Florida and maybe other states in different price ranges. I can compile some of the information, but I was wondering how I would put into a chart or graph? Maybe some of you can help me and point me in the right direction. Basically, I want to take solds in several different price ranges from 2002 to 2007, and chart their appreciation and/or depreciation. Thanks in advance for any of your input.

Well as the holidays come and go, we all have weathered the storm sort of speak. Fortunately or unfortunately quite a few realtors have gone on to see what they should be when they grow up and left the business. Others like us are going forward. My pledge to the real estate community is to work very hard to make real estate the talk of the town in 2008 in a positive way. We have a title company, and mortgage company in our office, and are encouraged to use them. Does this work? Are you happy with their services? I have found that the title company has been great, but the mortgage company has kind of failed in some areas. Those areas have nothing to do with their capabilities as a mortgage broker, but failed at communication with myself and the other realtors. WHat I mean is they do not seem to send newsletters or solicit business. They seem to believe that we as realtors should just give them business because they are in house. Like they are entitled to our business. Have you found the same thing? What are your thoughts?
