We had our 4th annual Holiday & Realtor Appreciation Party last Friday and it was a huge success.  We had over 110 agents come by to say hello.  It really is a great party because many of the top agents from all different companies come together and it is a time to get to know one another on a more personal level.  We had some music and lots of great food including a deep fried turkey, Franklin Goldberg's famous potato latkes, and more.  We raffled off a basket valued at $150, a netbook valued at $400, and a cake basket valued at $50. 

In order to win the netbook you had to guess how many jelly beans were in the jar?  How many do you think?  The winner was Andrea Volpe who was 32 jelly beans off.  Another agent Evelyn was 33 off.  1 away.  Any guesses on how many jelly beans are in this jar?

We really love having these parties and we even did a Chinese Auction this year where people would bring a $15-$20 wrapped gift.  Everyone who brought a gift receives a number and that is the order you pick the gifts.  When your number is up you have the option to select any of the previous gifts that were opened already or one of the wrapped gifts.  I thought this gift was great.  Pretty funny.  We all had a great time with it.

Finally the day has come where The City of Boca Raton has taken back its Mizner Park Amphitheater.  Located in downtown Boca Raton, Mizner Park is one of the staples of the City of Boca Raton.  Along with its upscale restaurants and boutique shops the amphitheater brings people and business to the shopping center.

Now that The City of Boca owns the Amphitheater, they have their work cut out as they must start the renovation process.  Not just the repairs, but the repairing of the Amphitheater's image and they need to bring in many more exciting events and concerts.  I am looking forward to the new direction

The Boca Raton Municipal Golf Course, Championship and Executive Courses are conveniently located on Golf Course Road on the north side of Glades Road and 1/4 mile west of the Glades Road Exit of the Florida Turnpike. The Red Reef Park Executive Golf Course is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, approximately 3/4 mile north of Palmetto Park Road and about 2 miles south of Spanish River Boulevard, on U.S. Highway A1A.
