I heard yesterday, that former Miami Dolphins player and Sports Radio host passed away. I have been listening to Jim "Maddog" Mandich for 10 years and have never heard a more amazing announcer. He was also the color person for the Miami Dolphins, and colorful he was:
- Vomit in a bag
- I will be having a green lizard
- Riding around with the windows down
- Never Better
There are many more one liners he had. I cannot tell you how upset I was last night. Although I only met him once, I feel like he was part of my life for 10 years and he is going to be soarly missed. Listening to sports radio in south florida will not be the same and certainly listening to Miami Dolphin games definitely will not be the same.
I miss you already Maddog. RIP.
