Press Release on Susan Horne. Delray Beach Realtor finds peace in giving back!

Susan Horne Delray Beach realtor

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) February 14, 2011 --

Realtors are a fixture in South Florida's community, and although many real estate agents give back to the community they help build, Susan Horne is a little different. Susan Horne is a real estate agent in Delray Beach, FL. for RE/MAX Services. She has come from very modest beginnings and through hard work and perseverence has become one of the most recognized real estate agents in the area. With this recognition she has used her time to spend at Prison Fellowship to help teach inmates what life is like in society when they do get released. She also gives back to the kids of these inmates by doing functions and giving presents during holiday times.

Her new charitable work is at a new Church in downtown Delray Beach called Avenue Church. This church is designed to help recovering drug addicts and alcoholics. It is designed to help these people recover. Susan believes that unless we help not just the less fortunate, but the people who are shunned in many cases Delray Beach will not become a prospering community. When asked why she contributes to these charities Susan said "Many of these people do not have a direction. They do not believe in anything because people throughout their life have looked the other way. Their families have not loved them, and everyone needs love in their homes"

We often talk about role models for our children. I can honestly say that I want my children to look up to Susan as a role model. She is an amazing person who has a huge heart and realizes the need of community and peace.

Boca Raton Real Estate Website is Making Heads Turn.

**It is All About the Consumer, New Website Brings Technology and Information to the forefront of South Florida Real Estate.**

With all these major real estate websites like Zillow.com, Realtor.com, and MSN Real Estate  we may be missing the point of what the consumer really wants.  How can you justify what you do for a consumer when you tell the consumer that the way I value your home and the price I give you may be as much as 10%-30% off one way or the other.  Instead of trying to give the consumer a number why don't we try and give them what they want, all the information.  When browsing the many different real estate websites there is so much information at your fingertips.

A real estate agents obligation is to educate and protect the public.  Information is key.  An agent must give the client all the information, and let the client make the decision.  The 2000-2005 real estate boom in South Florida flooded the market with new real estate agents looking to make a bundle.  Some of these agents are primed for success and some well not so much. The belief is although the real estate boom has been wonderful for the pockets of real estate agents, it has been bad for the consumer.  The consumer in 2005 was programmed by the media and real estate agent that if you were looking to purchase a home you better do this now before that home you were looking at will be 10% higher in the coming weeks.  There was a sense of urgency to increasing proportions.  This was bad for the consumer, great for the real estate agent.  Now that the market has softened, real estate agents have forgotten how to work.  With the downtime, realtors are turning to the internet and spending a tremendous amount of money on internet and less on traditional marketing.  Have you seen the amount of real estate websites that are on the internet, millions.  By just having a website is not good enough. If you do not market your website how will the consumer find you.

There is a significant difference between a good real estate website and a great website.  The good real estate website is promotional in nature and tends to be less about information and resources, and more like an advertisement of the realtor.  A great real estate website is one that encompasses some promotion with more emphasis on information and content.  The new internet consumer wants relevant information in easy to understand terms in as little clicks as possible.  The more specific and relevant, the better.  www.SearchPalmBeachHomes.com not only gives you all the information about Boca Raton and Palm Beach, but it also gives you information about specific communities, allows you to search for the most current listings, obtain local school information, provides resources and helpful links, and  is updated daily.    www.SearchPalmBeachHomes.com provides all the resources and is designed for the client.  "I am on the internet all day and have looked at quite a few real estate websites, and SearchPalmBeachHomes.com is by far the best for my needs.  It is easy to navigate and the property search feature has been integrated in this website.  I am now David Serle's client for life and I would highly recommend this website , Paul Rand, Boca Raton, FL.
With the everchanging South Florida Market, you need someone you trust and receive loyalty from, Samantha Kaplan, Wellington, FL**

The internet is a powerful tool, and we have to process all the information we find on the internet.  In a time of instant gratification, the consumer wants all this information at their fingertips.  SearchPalmBeachHomes.com gives it to them.  It is all about the consumer.
