I work with Ellen Dorfman, our short sale attorney in our office, and she sent me this video of her husband and daughter. I just think it is hillarious. Make sure you watch the video for at least 1 minute. I have also taken a few points from this video.
It is kind of like the Boca Raton real estate market the last 5 years. As you are going up, you are excited ready for anything. You are forced to look up as your cart is crawling upwards, and then just as you get to the top BOOM you are on your way down and fast. Then the 2nd time you go back up, Here you go again and this time you feel like throwing up. Want to go on the Rollercoaster a 2nd time? Many of us would kill for that. Reminds me of a saying I saw awhile ago:
Dear God,
