After trying to get an extension for a proposed 390 home project to be built on the old Mizner Trail Golf Course, the Siemens Group withdrew the proposal.
Siemens Group also announced that they would be scaling down their proposal and re-submitting it.
Many of the residents do not want to see any homes built as they purchased their homes based on this space being used for what it was intended, a recreational open space.
Unfortunately, these residents will have to oppose the new plan probably sometime in September.
