Short Sale Video, Short Sale Seller, Short Sale Information
This is a really funny video depicting a seller that wants to short sale their house and the bank. Most of us in the real estate industry can relate to this situation. Short Sales are the hot topic and this video points fun at the whole situation. Let me know your thoughts on the video?

David, this is common dialogue........too funny! I turned down a listing today on a short sale that just wanted a new house and couldn't sell the one they currently own.

I have a offer on a Short Sale right now, the seller is a prime actress for this video!!! I have been told the sellers went to Arizona for 6 months and rented a house there while not making mortgage payments on the one they own / are purchasing! Grrrrrr
My Short Sale buyer is my future daughter in law, Oh my have I ever warned her from the get go!!! Will I be a great Mother in law and get the deal done??? Only time will tell :)
