Short Sale Funny Video. Bank vs. Seller. Short Sale Information
A funny fictional story about the seller wanting to do a short sale and the bank. I wonder who wins in this video? Although, this may be funny it is undfortunately the state of our market. It has become increasingly harder to negotiate short sales as banks have tightened up their terms and typically require either a Cash contribution or the right to go after the borrower for the difference in deficiency judgement.
